After a shaky start my 6yr old cat finally accepted the new litter arrangement. It took patience on both our parts but finally he has come to terms with the big Thing. Also it has taken me that long to come to terms with the Tyua App. Having to reconnect every time I opened the app was very frustrating, now it seems to be finally working as well. So it will be worth it in the long run but there are a number of teething issues to watch out for.
The replacement bags are great, if anything, they are slightly larger and fit the bin better than the original bags supplied with the automated litter tray.
Product is good, shipping is the big problem!
It goes through maybe 3 different transport companies and the last company to get it doesn’t come to my area. I have to drive 108 klm return to pick it up.
Australia Post would be a far better option
