Our 3 x Labradors & 1 x Jack Russell love it on these hot days.
Not all of them like the shower when on - but Definately a perfect size for the 4 of them to keep cool & play in.
Even perfect for us humans to cool off in 👍🏼
The dogs didn't end up using it but it was a great way to cool down and fill water pistols for our traditional water fight on our 43C christmas day. Unfortunately there was a dip/slant in the lawn so a small section of the side was a bit skewiff. It didnt interfere with the use or the fun we had.
My Dachshund Charlie Brown absolutely hates getting wet. He avoids going out on the grass if it’s wet. He does love a ball game & so I threw all his balls into the pool, only to find him crying because he couldn’t get his balls out!!! After calming him down, I managed to entice him in with his short front legs ( the whole 3inches ) where he stood like a statue.. I’m afraid I have some work to do.🐾
My dog loves it! On a warm day, he hops in and out all the time. Sometimes I even get in with him. When his dog mates come over there will be three in the pool at once!
We love the large dog paddling pool so much, that my mum got one as well and not necessarily for the dogs. It's big enough for us to sit in and cool off.
My item arrived very quickly however it was only a few days ago that I set it up for Harry in his courtyard on a stinking hot 41 deg day. I was so excited to see it work, he was less excited preferring to stand and bark at the water sprays. He told me that he is a chap who prefers to chase the water out of the hose rather than little sprays. However, I shall persevere and if all else fails, at least I shall enjoy standing and paddling my feet. A well put together unit, easy to install the hose. Happy to recommend this item.
This pool is fantastic! I bought the xxl size and my French mastiff and Labrador’s retriever which are large and X-Large dogs have more than enough room to play and splash around. Very easy to drain and fold away. Definitely a good purchase.
Dogs are just getting used to it but love it nevertheless and I love it easy to set up and made from great materials. Delivery was prompt process great.
Good quality. My dog is about as tall as a cattle dog so I have to press the side down when he’s attempting to get in, because it’s a bit too high. He has a shoulder injury and is 10 years old. He likes to “plop” down for a few minutes after a walk. So suitable for fitter, taller dogs. Nonetheless it’s a good little pool, bigger circumference than a “shell” as my dog won’t go in a shell - too small.
