Great stairs for our miniature dachshund! We bought the 3 steps for the couch & 4 steps for the bed and they are the perfect height for him. Great product based in Australia with fast shipping & great customer service!
The dogs had difficulty with the step definition. I have put elastic straps at each step to help them, which has helped. Now going up & coming down, most times successfully.
Great purchase, I was a bit worried that it would puff out but I put the foam inside and left it alone and it popped out perfectly. Puppies happy with it too.
We needing something for our mini Dachshunds to get up onto our day bed on our deck. They love it and so do I not having to lift them on and off. They nailed it first try. Great well-made made beautifully finished product. Thank you
I ordered the 700 mm high and obviously didn’t get it because this one is only 500 mm high. Dogs don’t want to use it going on the bed They use it getting off
These dog steps were purchased from you for our old Westie to get on and off bed. We are very disappointed with them as you can see they haven’t expanded to fit the cover and don’t reach the bed. We would appreciate being refunded or replaced with another set that actually work for him.

It’s doesn’t looked anything like the picture, the cover is too big as per my pic, got no shape so how can my dog walk on it? I am going to return it.☹️ the bed is too small for a medium my dog couldn’t fit properly into the bed. To me it looked like a small not a medium size bed. I brought one from another store and medium size is much larger.
We bought two sets of dog steps for our Jack Russell who is developing back leg issues. It only took a short time to teach him how to use them and now is is much more independent again.
Our small dog injured his knee jumping of the bed so the foam steps for pets has been great he started using it straight away getting up and down of the bed and lounges thankyou highly recommended this product .😁
My 11 year old Jack Russell learnt how to use these steps in 3 days. No more having to lift him up and down from the lounge. Great!!
Very happy with the stairs. Our staffy x is loving the ease of getting up them. Would highly recommend them if your pet is having trouble with jumping.
This our second set of steps, now for the caravan for access to the bed. Soft good grip and the digs can use it easily and safely
Good quality steps, just how they were described, my Mums elderly dog felt comfortable using them straight away
Good quality foam but I feel the cover is quite loose. My cat keeps getting her claws caught. Hence she will not use it. She’s very old so maybe she’s nervous and sticks her claws in. 🤷🏻♀️

Perfect for old doggies needing help to get up the lounge or bed.
The product is good quality and hopefully will protect the spine of our dachshund who has little regard for her own. The foam quickly formed the shape and the cover is a snug fit so the steps are easy to identify with no excess material to trip her up. The measurements are accurate. Will definitely purchase again!

Not quite as pictured , but smaller, does take time to firm in to shape.
My arthritic dog won't use it (yet), still persevering. It's only been a couple of days. Didn't receive the lint roller that was advertised 😔
Hi there It wasnt too bad. A little softer than expected so harder for the dogs to trust it. They use it sometimes however we also could have purchased the bigger size but it would take up too much room
I am very pleased with my purchase, Misha happily runs up and down and I didn't have to coax her at all.
Early days as yet we are taking our time getting used to seeing and smelling the steps, early days 😁

The size was good but titled when my dog stepped on it. The step lumps don’t look as defined as the advertised photo

I bought this for my new puppy which I haven’t got yet, but he is a tiny little thing and will need the steps
They were slippery on the floor and unsecure making it unacceptable for the dogs.

Too soft. Doesnt support even a small dogs weight.
The steps are Not steps! They do not help my dog at all, its just a lumpy piece of foam with a cover! Its spongy and impossibly fir animals yo use!
You could send the correct cover. I received a 2 step cover into of the needed 3 step cover. So not happy.
