Love it! After an initial glitch that is. Recommend setting up without the curious cats around. They set off the cleaning before I was ready and somehow the rake got stuck on the open door. All information in book and on line was for older model. Needed a magnet to reset rake and door (contact pawz for further advice). Once up and running this auto poo scooper has been great. Cats happily using it and only have to empty every 5 days or so (I have 3 cats). Much easier to simply replace a bag rather than scooping out the poo myself.
Game changer! No more cleaning out the litter daily, no smells i have this operating for 2 weeks and have only change dump collection bag once! And topped up litter once.
Firstly ensure instructions are clear on how to fix errors and actually learn what customer service is
The device begun clean with the door open the scoop is now stuck. The instructions to reset the door and scoop don't help. There is no reset button to be found. Customer service is pathetic. It's only been in use 3 days. Waste of money

This may just be the best thing I have ever purchased. Our cat is diabetic, which means a lot of pit stops and lots of time spent scooping clumps of wee and poop. It was a task left for me....if the old litter box got too smelly, it was put outside until I was available to rectify 🙄 It was definitely a purchase for me and not our cat 😂 We had used the clumping mineral clay in the old box so we transitioned over using some of the old litter to keep the smell familiar. Luckily for us, he took to the new pod pretty much immediately...it was a big fear that he wouldn't use it but that didn't end up being the case. After a couple days use, it became obvious that the clumping clay wasn't going to cut it. It kept getting stuck to the bottom of the tray causing the scooping mechanism to error. I swapped over to the tofu kitty litter (again making sure that it was initially mixed with some of his old litter) and it solved the problem. The tofu litter also solved the issues of muddy paw prints through the house and clay granules on the ground in the immediate litter box area. I love everything about this model....the door that closes during the cleaning process, the UV sterilizer light and the fact that I spend 5 minutes changing the litter bag instead of 15 minutes literally shovelling crap 😂 Worth every penny ❤️🙏

My second unit, first one has/is worked flawlessly, will be buying a 3rd at some stage. Have 8 cats.. easy to maintain, easy to change waste bag, new unit is easier to do a complete litter change..

First day using the automated kitty litter and my cat has had no trouble using it. No smell, no fussing over cleaning out the poop, very easy to put together and I absolutely love it.

I bought this after check out all the reviews. All the review shows the product has a padel but my one received without it. When checking with customer support they said the new model don't have it. Thus information was missing and now it's not easy for my cat to step into it. Not very happy with my expencive purchase.
I have 2x spynx cats - this machine is an absolute game changer! No smell - cleans immediately after toileting - worth every cent if you haven't got one run don't walk! Never will i have to clean a litter tray again
I like that I don’t have to scoop everyday. I find that litter is sticking to the bottom sometimes. But both cats were using it within 30 min of set up.

I used tofu at first, as I read this in one of the reviews. My cats only ever used crystals, they didn't touch the kitty machine for a week. I left one of their old ones out during the transition. I then changed to clumping clay, my elder cat started peeing in there as it's easy access for him. I can confirm I am so happy with the poop going straight into the garbage bag, there has been no odour so I'm impressed. I clean the bin regularly everything is easy to clean, I'm very happy. My youngest cat is now using this however, doesn't understand it and pee's back to front so her butt faces out! Lucky the step catches the pee so I simply pull it out and hose/sanitize the step. Hoping she gets it!, very soon! Its been two weeks.
Baby cat loves it. I’m a little worried to have it turned on while she is so small so only turn it on to clean it. Had a small problem with the rake getting caught but was able to bend it back into place. Works well and it’s great not having to scoop litter!
Love it so much. I have 4 cats (from kitten to 17 year old). They are all taking to it well and this has changed my life literally. The cleaning is much easier now and totally worth it 🙌

This smart kitty litter box has made our lives easier when it comes to managing our kittens' litter. It only took them 2 days to transition from the usual kitty litter box to this one. After 2 more days, I removed the manual one. It doesn't have as many features as other brands but the most important function for us is effective cleaning. My daughter has a smart kitty liter box from other brands that have lots of features. But it rotates rather than scoop. So, it is a big task for her to clean the kitty litter every week because of the litter that is stuck on the walls. With this Pawz brand, we don't need to do that since it doesn't rotate, it scoops the litter away. Since my kittens are very young, I put 12 minutes delay after they have gone in before the machine would do the cleaning - for their safety. The manual says that there is a safety feature that it will stop if it detects a cat in the litter box. But I'd rather add another layer of safety. We don't have to worry about smells from the litter. I place this smart litter box in the powder room downstairs away from kitchen. Because of the delay, it is better to do this. So far, so good. Hope the machine will last. Highly recommended!

Love the cat toilet house I call it the ( cat spa retreat) I have 2 cats Tilly has 3 legs used it straight than sits there while it's cleaning . Mishka still not sure of it but looks in it. Worth the investment for them plus hubby doesn't complain about having to clean trays everyday only clean every 4th day😻
It’s a great litter box however we are still trying to get the perfect type of litter as sometimes when it does it’s clean it picks up too much clean litter. We are using the biodegradable paper pallets from Coles/woolworths. We have also tried clumping litter however it makes a mess and sticks to the inside of the litter box and makes cleaning hard.
This has worked well so far, my cat took to it immediately, and I’m enjoying not trawling around in kitty litter every day. It’s relatively easy to set up although I did have to use the online chat function to actually get it working - they were very helpful however. This brings me to my main criticism which is the “instruction manual”. It’s not well-written and in particular the explanation of the control buttons’ function is vague, especially timing the cleaning cycle. Anyway so far it all seems to be working okay so fingers crossed.
Going great so far. Very nice not having to scoop litter so frequently. Does jam most mornings after the pause in scooping overnight, I suspect this is due to the number of cats who now favour this litter tray. Easy enough to fix by removing the large litter clumps then setting the tray into a cleaning cycle. Will definitely purchase more as funds allow
Fantastic cat loo. I have foster cats, this is my first time buying an automatic litter box but so far it’s been great. I still have normal trays as with 15 cats in the house right now you need more than 1 so I will definitely be back to purchase more.
Works great when you get the right litter. Rake motor probably could be a bit more robust, but it does the job, no more poop scooping for me.
My cat took to it right away! Packaging is incredible and installation and setup is very easy for the product itself. However, there are no instructions to set up the Wi-Fi! Where can I find those instructions?

Firstly the packaging was excellent, there was plenty of packaging to ensure the item arrived without any damage. I did think it was faulty, as it wouldn’t turn on, by chance I found they had tape over a connection in the bottom of the unit. I only saw when removing the pedestal tray, as soon as I removed the tape the unit turned on. The unit itself, I love it, it’s the best thing I’ve ever purchased. The cats love it, I don’t really hear them use it, it’s great, there is no smell, there is no mess. I keep a check on the litter every day and so far I’ve only needed to empty the trash bag once in three days, I actually could have left it longer. When I received the unit I was a bit low on cat litter, if the machine doesn’t have the correct amount of litter it will not empty correctly, works fabulously when correct level is used. I think this machine is the best thing ever and I highly recommend. It is expensive but it does what the manufacturer claims it does, so I find it’s worth the money. Thanks for makers one job just that little bit better.

This has to be the best investment ive ever made. I have 2 cats and now i don't need to consistently clean their litter. Works wonderfully. Love it. May i just add that customer service with "Pawz Australia" is amazing.
