Cat started using it immediately - I left his old litter box where it was and checked it daily for the first week - and it’s brilliant. I live in a small apartment, so I’m always worried about smells, but this is amazing. Less scent than even the crystal litter I used to use. The only downside is the included mat isn’t quite big enough to stop the litter from spreading everywhere, but that doesn’t take away from how much of a lifesaver this is
Had high hopes for this and not disappointed. My cats took to it almost immediately. It’s a total godsend, very well designed and worth every cent. No more cat litter all over our bathroom floor and slaving over the litter trays twice a day! Found the app to be easy to use and everything else self explanatory.

I honestly wish someone had written this review before I bought this litter box. If you’re deciding between the AutoClean Pro and the Lite version, here’s my experience. I already had the Lite and decided to buy the Pro thinking that because it was more expensive, it would be better. But honestly, I would choose the Lite again without hesitation. The Pro has some extra features like cat weight tracking, UV sanitizing, and a deodorizer compartment. The only one I found somewhat useful was the weight tracking, which is interesting, but I didn’t notice any real difference when it comes to odor control. I also chose the Pro because I heard it was quieter, and to be fair, it is. That’s probably the one thing I genuinely like about it. What does make a difference is reliability. The Pro depends heavily on WiFi. If the connection drops or there’s a power interruption, it resets to a default mode and starts cleaning immediately after the cat leaves. It ignores delay settings, night mode, and manual configurations, which is really frustrating. I have an older cat who is still adapting to the litter box, and unpredictable behavior like that makes it much harder for her to feel safe using it. Meanwhile, the Lite model keeps its settings even without WiFi. If you set it to kitten mode or night mode, it actually remembers. At the end of the day, the Pro is quieter and has weight tracking, but those features don’t justify the extra cost for me. Consistency matters more than extras.
Cats were a bit scared of it at 1st, but working a treat now
I am disappointed with this buy and petpawz as I thought this model had wifi to access the camera, so I could see which cat was using this product. When I contacted petpawz regarding this, I was briefly dismissed. The product is ok and easy to put together. The top just sits in place and is loose. There was silver tape provided with no explanation? So I wonder if this was to attach this piece to the unit. I have had to use a litter with fragrance / odour eliminating, other my house still stinks when it goes into the draw at the bottom, even though I change it every 2 days. My boy is stinky 💩 I have had trouble staying connected to the wifi which needs resetting daily? and scheduling cleaning function is still a working progress. Unsure if I would buy this product again ??
The cat is still getting used to it, but adjusting. Still feeling my way through it, as instructions aren’t the clearest, for cleaning and changing litter.
My cat loves this product
By far the best thing I’ve purchased for my cats and my sanity. I have two ragdolls and they’ve taken to this litter tray so easily. I no longer have to empty their tray on a daily basis morning and night and love the automatic operation. I’m surprised at how much the waste tank can hold before it requires emptying. Dust free cat litter is really important as the first bag of litter I used would stick to the inside of the drum dropping dust on the cats. I found tofu litter works extremely well. There is no smell once their poo and pee is in the waste tank, and the cylinder inside is easy to wipe down between use if required. Extremely happy with this product.
After a few teething issues its just what I was hoping for! Using the right litter is everything! Kitty loves it, it's always clean and as she's a ragdoll we have no more poop sticking to her butt as the litter is always clean 😁
Absolutely love this, I have 2 now. Wish I got them years ago. Well worth the money. If you’re thinking about, take the leap and get one. You won’t regret it.
My 9 month year old has adjusted well to it. We just got a 7 week year old so we’re still using a normal cat litter box for him. It’s been working great, only slight annoyance is cleaning the walls/roof (it gets stuck on easily) it could be the litter we’re using though. I think a great feature would be to be able put cat litter through the top. Very happy we don’t have to scoop pee and poop once a day now :)
Best thing I have ever brought it takes all the work out of the litter box. I can't recommend this product enough, fantastic.
Easy to setup and easy to clean and my cat enjoys it
My little one used it straight away. No poo smell remain after use. It’s great that I can monitor my little one of times she needs to go. It’s a great buy for me.
These are our two boys at first was a nightmare with our black at, the other cat was scared at first, black cat keep flicking out the litter because he could see it bouncing off the rubber bottom. Once he stop that was ok I just told him off when he was doing it. When he wasn’t I would say good boy. Now I am not happy because the bottom keeps dislodging out ans making mess, if I am away it’s not staying contacted to the wi-Fi it’s not our internet neither. The bin was filling up way too fast when it said 15 days, the bags are two small wasn’t snack properly. I had to change every two days, now I am using different bags lasted longer. The rubber Matt is the issue at the moment other wise I was enjoying the less mess. The litter, I use works fine, it’s the clumping one from Costco it’s quite good has a Fragrance as well for the less Oder. I like the sticky smelly things say 30 days smell but nope didn’t last that long but it’s strong for the first two weeks. I put a few around the area they are in. I know I have two cats so that means I have to change more. Now I have change bags that work better it holds a lot more. I don’t think it’s that easy to clean the insides gets lots of mess and litter sticking to it when doing the cleans. I think there is better out there has to be, I thought I got a bargain but not now, I haven’t had it for that long. Definitely the weighting doesn’t work that great but I think If the cats put their paws 🐾 on the front part wouldn’t work properly I get all different weights. I look when I see the cat In there, They also don’t hold enough litter in my opinion. Should hold at least a normal size bag full I think mine are around 4 and a half kgs probably to much I can do half of that only. Did reduce some smells.
Been using it for almost a month so far so good only problem is you’ve gotta have the right type of letter if you don’t want it all through your house I have two cats. One is very fluffy but so far so good.
I have 4 indoor cats, so I have 5 regular litter trays available. One of my cats has some litter issues, ie he is very fussy , even though all the trays get fully cleaned and changed for fresh litter every day , he still didn’t want to use one and would prefer to use the catio! Since putting the auto box in he’s been using the tray twice a day ! So if only one cat so far is using it that’s good enough for me . This is the second week I have had it installed, so I’m hopeful we can get the others using it too. I love the app based programming, and so far it’s been keeping the litter clean and scooping out the poo into the box at the back. It’s very easy to install ( literally is 3 pieces ) , the app was also easy to set up , and the sensors and safety features are working well. I did out a camera in the room with it so I could see how the cats were going etc , if it’s in the cleaning process and one goes near it ( they are very nosy lol) it immediately stops rotating , and then continues after the cats have left or you can manually re start it with the button on the front. I’m using the tofu litter that was recommended ( previously paper litter and Ezi lock ) and the cat that’s using it has changed over without any issues.
3 cat household and its already making a difference in the house! I think there is a possible error in the "cats weight" as I can guarantee all 3 of my cats are above the 2.5kg it is telling me, but I haven't bothered to reset it yet to see if that fixes it. I have been using normal clumping litter from Big W in it so far and is working great to clean out the clumps and keeping the smells at bay too Absolutely love it so far!
Love it so much my cats started using it straight away, always clean no smells. Only thing is the white isn’t very accurate but I can tell which cat has used it which is also very handy
Nala was a little apprehensive at first but within 24hrs had no problems using her new loo 😸

It’s great not having to clean up after my kitty Kat. The app is easy to use tells you when she goes in how long for even how much she weighs. You can still smell it but not as much as before. It’s a great device I’m glad I got it and my cat kola took to it straight away I think she loves it too. If your like me and hated cleaning it up this device is for you. Good job Paws 👍🏼

This is probably the best investment I have done for myself and my cat, he's happy had used it straight away and it's so easy to clean. Would reccomend if you have been thinking about getting it, do it !

Great product
Had this for several weeks now, replacing an old Littler Robot which had stopped working again. Was easy to set up, and really like the rubbish collection at the back, and the gel fragrance pack. The snap on plastic to hold the bin liner in is really helpful, making it a much cleaner process. All four cats seem OK with the transition, and switched to the tofu cat litter which is good and doesn’t get out as much as some other litters. The mat supplied is quite useful in picking up most of the stray litter. Overall very happy the space feels much cleaner, and looks better.
This is just fantastic. Mr McSpencer (cat) had no hesitation in using this straight away, in fact it’s his new favourite toy.

It only took one day for my 14 week old kitten to use it. Now he sits and watches it tumble the litter. Very pleased I didn't have any problems with mishaps.
Fits perfectly in our ensuite. My lil Burmese boy who is 15 has taken to his new loo pretty good. He is fascinated by the cleaning mode after he has done his business. But it's so great. He has a clean tray every time he wants to go. No smell in our bedroom anymore. Super easy to clean. So glad we did it. Buying an automatic litter box is rather overwhelming with all the choices out there, but I'm so glad this is the one I picked and I have zero regrets, besides not getting it sooner. My cat transitioned to the new loo very well.
I would give 5 stars but the weighing scale is not accurate at all, so there's no point for that function. Other than that, money definitely well spent. 2/3 of my cats have started using it immediately but my third cat got a bit traumatized because when he was investigating the box my other cat hopped onto it which made a sudden noise that startled the third cat. He got so startled he shot up high and landed on my leg with his claws out :,) Since then he hasn't used and been using the traditional litter box instead. Anyways it works great and less poop/pee to clean now. It took around 3 days for the bin to fill with two cats using it. I'm trying to see if I can find the deodorizing gel thingy else where since they don't sell it here, the bags I can probably find from stores. My cats enjoy watching their poop being taken away, and I enjoy watching haha.
Our 2 cats love it as much as we do. We have another Pawz automatic litter box and they’ve stopped using it in favour of this one. They love to sit and watch their poop taken away 🤣. Only disappointment is I can’t find replacements for the aromatherapy gel packs that keep the odour down. They should be available as an accessory like the bags are. Please look into this.
I think the deodoriser is an awesome idea. It takes most of the smell away. But the major thing is where to buy the rubbish bags and deodoriser

This contraption is God sent, finally my house doesn't stink like kitty litter anymore, the cats love it and so do we. And im oh so happy not to have to scoop poop all the time
Wish I got this sooner, honestly it’s a life saver for someone who lives with chronic pain. I have three large ragdoll cats and it’s perfect for all three of them, I am only changing bag every week and topping up litter every 2 weeks
