Is Delivery Free?
What information do I need to provide to make an order?
In order to process your order we require the following information:
- Your shipping, order information & billing address.
- Phone number & email address for order confirmation and invoice.
- Payment method – please provide a credit card number to complete your order.
Do you ship to islands or remote parts of the country?
We ship to all parts of Australia except Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands and the Australian Antarctic Territory.
How long does shipping usually take?
We process most orders within one business day. Standard delivery time for metro areas is 3 to 5 business days, 6 to 7 business days for country areas and 10 business days for rural areas. Express post will be 1 to 2 business days in the express network and slightly longer outside the express zone.
Where are my items shipped from?
We ship all items from our warehouse locate at 7 Duigan Dr, Moorabbin Airport VIC 3194, Australia. Sometimes we may split your order and send it in more than one parcel.
My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?
Please email us at info@petpawz.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue (pictures are very helpful too). We will work with you from there to rectify the problem. We will ship you a replacement item or issue a refund depending on which option you want.
