Both dogs love the taste of the pigs ear strips by comparison with other pigs ear products they have. The biggest advantage is being able to give the dogs a smaller treat than a whole pigs ear - the little toy poodle would be hoarding a full ear for days whereas she can finish off a pigs ear strip no worries.
