Mr Ambrose is one happy cat. His regular feeding schedule has improved and he started using the feeder confidently within the first 10 minutes of setting it up. Have not been able to work out the recording of message's…
Love It!, but my kitties love it more. They are now used to the sound the machine makes when it dispenses their biscuits/ I can control a feeding schedule and quantity, this has managed their food intake and waste. The camera is nice and clear and I can now see which cat has the biggest appetite as I get their selfies the most! Highly Recommend this Product. Now the dog wants one too!

It is ok, I wish the bowls locked in place but apart from that it seems good so far
I cannot use this item as by the time it arrived my two cats had been placed on separate diets by my vet. Maybe it works, but I don't know. I might eventually set it up for times when I need to go away overnight but at this stage I'm annoyed with myself for wasting the money.
It is a good product. The two cats are feeding well from it and it has brought some relief when I have to spend some nights away each week. My only criticism would be the camera. It would be more useful if it focused on the whole bowl as its position now only points to the outer front edge and so it is not possible to see if there is already food in the bowl.
Great addition to the household especially when we go away. The only minor issue is, is that it doesn't dispense evenly to both bowls. Otherwise cats are happy with this feeder.
My daughter is so pleased with her new feeder for her cats.
Tried 6 times and it won’t connect to the internet
Super difficult to connect, doesn't ever make a noise prompt as instructions suggest, goes off-line all the time. Doesn't evenly distribute food between the 2 bowls so dual bowls are pointless.

I am very disappointed with this product, it is unclear how to set up feeding times and amounts?? I need help to set this up…
I’m very frustrated with this purchase. There seems to be no way to connect it to the internet or my phone.
The only thing I have found with the feeder, is that the biscuits are not dispensed evenly between the two bowls.

Our cat comes running when she hears the pre programmed feed drop into the tray. So good to know she will be fed well when life gets busy. Hubby loves controlling the app via his phone.
Not bad feeder- does the job for feeding our puppy while we’re at work. However, having the buttons on the front where the (smart) puppy can access them and press them, is a very suboptimal feature- our puppy worked out how to press the buttons and dispensed himself more food for ages on the first day we used it We ended up having to tape a plastic cover over the buttons, which the puppy also worked out how to press through. Just a peculiar feature to have on the front of the machine Also, the unit isn’t super sturdy either so puppy can easily knock it over, break into the food dispenser area, and chew on the cable coming out of the back. We ended up putting this on the other side of a gate to protect the unit, and will discontinue using it as soon as we can. Would be suitable for a very small pet, not a dog, unless it was a very small and not very strong dog.

Was a little bit tricky to pair/set up, but got there eventually. Great to be able to set up feeding schedule or just click to feed remotely. Camera is added bonus. Portions a little bit under, but just allow for that and it’s great. Saves me having to be woken up by the kitties at 5am

Have only used it for a couple of days but so far I'm pretty happy with this feeder, and impressed with the app that goes with it. However, the cats have managed to dislodge the bowls from the unit and I've had some issues with the kibble distributing unevenly.

Thank you so much for our dual pet feeder with camera and auto feed . We love it and so do our two cats . We went away for a night and set it to feed 3 times ( a bit more than usual ) but the cats didn’t mind :) . I watched them eat then checked in at another time to say hi ( you can speak over the speaker) amazing 😁 thank you so much, they love it and we love it plus the price was fantastic . I have seen others that do less than ours but cost more . Also the video feed is really clear . Winner
