The liner works really well and being replaceable is a great idea.
The only thing that I would have liked is a diagram to show which way it fits into the litter box as it's entirely possible to fit it incorrectly without realising it and then when the machine turns to empty the used litter the tray dislodges and flops out.
Otherwise a great item.
Replacement liner has arrived and has been inserted. Had a problem with which way it should go. I made an inquiry and received a video. Thank you. MAX goes to the back, that did the trick.
Really cant rate this product any higher. Love the automatic machine and these replacement pads to date last me approx 6 months - and that is with 3 cats.
The replacement tray fitted perfectly - the original one lasted six months, but had stretched and distorted so that it no longer fitted securely in the litter box.
Very happy that the replacement came promptly and works as it should.
We bought our Pet pawz automatic litter box when we moved into an apartment! We were concerned that our Beautiful girl "Titbit" wouldn't adapt to it! But its been a complete success...I would highly recommend if you live in a smaller space and are worried about litter smell etc. The after purchases have been easy!
I put smelling litter in and took over smell in box cats would use it now cats still won't b use it yet they were all using it before I put lavender tofus litter in box
The replacement pads arrived quickly and were not expensive. My cat had scratched a hole in the old one and it fell out every time the unit performed a clean. The old one was easy to remove and replace.
