We got the bed for our 10yo Rotty Cross due to his arthritis, and he loves it. Gravitates to it after a walk or when he is a bit stiff.
We started with the Orthopedic Dog Bed, and then the PaWz Orthopedic Dog Bed with egg foam to take into our room at night as its a bit more portable. He loves them stacked as well
Bedding looks cute but not great. Haven’t had to wash yet but textured cover whilst looking good is not holding up to scratches and nibbles and easily pulls.
Very uneven in thickness throughout foam.
My dog normally would not sleep on dog beds but this one he loves. I was shocked to wake up early morning and here he was snuggled on it. He is recovering now from knee surgery and this bed has helped him so much.
We were hopeful this would help but not confident as we had brought alternatives for our little dog. However he climbs up and sleeps on this without as having to convince him . We are sure he is loving it otherwise he wouldn’t use it.
Sadly the bed is super comfortable but with two inquisitive pups having a "bit of a tif" over wanting the same bed, it ended up with the corner seam coming apart shortly after purchase.
My pups would have given a top rating for comfort, and ease of keeping clean with the built-in waterproof, but unfortunately the seam stitching has let this product down. After all it is meant for pups, and the stitching needs to be stronger. Kind regards
Too expensive for it is. Now that my dog has been laying on it, it has flattened considerably and the cover is just a nightmare hair magnet.
It appears to be kmart level quality just with a bigger price tag. Don't recommend
The bed appears quite thin and our dog has not taken to sleeping on it yet... There is a noise when he walks on to lay down (like plastic underfoot) and he doesn't like that. The product is as pictured - not the bed for us at this point.
My dogs took to these beds immediately. I haven't yet washed the covers but hopefully that will be easy enough. I wish I had bought the large size rather than the extra large as extra large will be hard to store and it is too big for my dogs. The website recommended large for dogs maximum size 30kg. My dogs are a little over 30kg (standard groodles) so I got the extra large but the beds are much bigger than they need.
I was waiting to receive this item so that I could move my dog, Harry, into a larger kennel and finally toss out his old, saggy cushion. As it turned out, the Heavens opened that afternoon but H was snug, safe, dry and ultra-comfortable on his new cushion. He loves it. I bought the charcoal colour as he is a farm dog and those little babies get really grotty. Highly recomment this item and delighted in the colour, and that the cover is removable to wash. Great item.
The best bed I’ve ever bought for my German Shepherds. Very dense & supportive, doesn’t go flat like cheap foam. The thickness also insulates against the cold.
