Terrible - do not buy this product. I checked on returns policy beforehand but what I wasn’t advised is that you are double charged 1) for the return (I guess this is fair enough) but 2) for the original delivery costs. So I am now trying to find home for a slippery, steep, cumbersome ramp that at least for my dogs, are not fit for purpose.
This is the best purchase for helping my little girl. Charlotte, (who is now 12 years old), and has been having difficulty getting up onto our bed at naptimes and at night.
She was very cautious at first but now she can get up and down using the car ramp for assistance.
Wish I had come across it ages ago as she is so happy in being independent on her own using this ramp.
So happy I purchased the longer one as I have the top 1/4 as a flat surface so she doesn’t hurt herself using the ramp.
She is showing signs of joint tenderness, probably arthritis starting to hit her joints.
She. Is ca mixed breed of “Shitzu / Maltese / poodle / shnoutzer with probably a few more breeds as well.
Charlotte is an affectionate and loving little dog that is like my soul mate, so anything to improve her quality of life, so she can be with me for many more years is a blessing.

The ramp was too slippery as it’s plastic , saw the exact same one in aldi $20 cheaper
I had to put non slip tape on the ramp as my old dog fell of , then that ripped his paw pad
Consequently I threw it out
Flimsy and cheaply made. Wobbles and bounces when my small dog uses it. The black plastic is slippery and gets very hot even when it's not very warm, so I have to put a towel over it. Very bad value for money. I would have returned it if not for the expensive postage.
Our greyhound Panda is just beginning to use the ramp and gaining confidence. We have a dual cab ute so it's quite high up for a grey to jump in. The ramp is great as we don't have to lift our 34 kilo pup into the car.
Its perfect much lighter than my earlier one but still sturdy. Folds to a small box perfect for my jeep wrangler and chows. My pup nailed it in 2 days starting flat just need to get him keen on the jeep
The customer service was fantastic, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The product itself is of a very high quality and meets my expectation and the the specifications which were stated on the webpage
