It’s perfect for my puppy Jack Russel to get on and off my bed. I’m hoping the sponge will expand a bit more and fill out the cover like the photo, but it’s perfect. I don’t have to get up at night now to take get yo the toilet. She can take herself now.
I was worried when we first opened it as the shape didnt look like the pictures. But after a few days and popping in the sun the foam expanded. It has been brilliant for our 13 year old toy poodle to get on and off our bed and purchasing another one for our couch. Hard steps she would always walk up but continually jumped off which was causing injuries, she comfortably goes both directions now.
My bed is quite high and my dog is small. I was worried about whether he would even use these as he is anxious but almost immediately they were next to the bed he wasted no time using them to get up.

It popped out quickly, and was usable probably the first day. The bedroom where I am is a bit small, so there wasn’t much room. I’m moving next week. My young Cav is very proud that he can leap up, so couldn’t see the point . Maybe in the next house with more space. So much for trying to protect his back 🤣
Unfortunately I purchased the 4 Tier steps for my sweet cavoodle girl to help her get on the bed instead of jumping but the cover does not fit over the stairs properly and I did try to make adjustments but this was the best I could do and the best it looks. This picture was straight after putting the cover on and definately not looking smart and It was not like the picture I ordered by so extremely disappointed as it looks very messy.
The foam is too soft so it sinks when my dog steps on it and is unable to climb it. It is also too steep. The cover is too big so it moves around and is slippery. All in all i was very disappointed in the product and am unable to use it.
Covering is so loose that the dog cannot get a grip to walk up. It slips every time and now the dog refuses to walk on it. The non slip base does not work and the steps move away from the bed when the dog did try to use it. Totally unacceptable and dangerous for the dog.
Can't use it yet as dusty the pomeranian jumped of the couch in a fantastic olympic style leap and done her crucial ligament, had surgery and in a crate, if I had this then, she would have avoided surgery.
Our little Westie had been unable to make the jump onto his favourite bed and would stand in front of the couch looking for help in getting up. The stairs have enabled him to getup and downeasily and he is again able to access his bed whenever he wants.
It is the right height for my lounge.
It took my 10+ year old dog a bit of encouraging to use it but he's got the hang of it now.
It is safe for my dog to use, it doesn't slip and he is also not slipping on the wooden floor while attempting to jump onto the couch.
My little girl is tiny and cant jump on the lounge any more so the steps are just perfect and she used them straight away like they had always been there. .
The foam is sturdy so a bigger dog could use them..
The steps at first seemed very small and flimsy in the packaging but it opened out into soft stairs. Our dog, who has back issues, likes how he can gain traction on the steps. Perfect height for our couch.
The only thing I need to say, is Australia post did not let us know it was at the post office, so it was sitting there from the 20th June.. The product is good, we just need to teach Trixie to use it..
They are great and are very sturdy under the weight of our English bulldog.
However points have been deducted as the material does not fit as well as it shows on the ads
I have a two dogs that could not get on my bed on their own, I am going away for five weeks and still want them to have access to my bed, the product has solved all my problems.
Stairs were as expected (after you give it 24-48 hours to ''pop out' after being squished for packaging which perhaps others did not do before reviewing?). So exactly as expected, days later we are still trying to push our dog to actually use it, like he's scared of them but I think there'll come a time when he'll realise he doesn't have a choice. So good product, particularly for small dogs the medium size but our big dog was able to get up it after I forced him. No complaints
Our 4kg Jack Russel Terrior, Little Annie is quite timid with certain things, but the non slip steps for her is the same as walking up stacked up pillows to reach our bed, plus their very stable with no movement to which is a plus as well, they are a great purchase.
