It’s a great feeder, I only gave 4 stars as the camera only will show vision in tall narrow view not wide view as it’s advertised, downloaded this on multiple phones and downloaded the app twice and it still won’t do wide vision. So it must be an issue with the app itself. They should fix this as it’s not what they advertised thus feeder to do
A really great feeder, cats responded quickly to new source of food and they seem to like using the bowls. Wonderful that it can store both dry food and water and really good video quality. Easy to set up and use and keep connected to your pets when away.
This is an amazing product!!! Highly recommend .. it’s great to be able to watch the food be dispensed and watch our cat eat .. being able to feed him while we are away is a game changer!!!!!
My cat is happy to eat from the food dispenser but, he is not as keen to drink from the water side... he will drink but, he seems to like his old water bowl more. In saying that, this product works really well, was easy to set up and program and l take comfort in knowing my fur baby gets plenty to eat and has water available all the time. It is a great unit!
